We deliver Australia-wide. Furniture arrives fully assembled; figurines travel in tailor-made packaging. Freight and insurance are provided by a third party.

“Please note when adding product to the shopping cart and filling in the shipping details the option is yours to insure or not, however you need to insure it for obvious reasons, if for any reason product is damaged in transit your refund exchange is null & void if not insured.”

“If the box or packaging look to be damaged somewhat, please take photos before opening it, we seldom have problems, however best to be safe.”

Returns

From the current Terms & Conditions: if the product is defective you can return it (in its original condition). It must be returned within 7 days of receiving for exchange. Returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and return shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The buyer pays return shipping, and the product must be returned in original packaging.
