Styling and caring for office

Storage furniture works hardest when it is both practical and decorative: keep everyday items behind doors and display a few favourite pieces on top. Allow enough space in front for doors and drawers to open fully, and anchor tall pieces to the wall for safety.

Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe up spills straight away. Use coasters and placemats, and keep the piece away from direct sun, heaters and air-conditioning vents to protect the finish.
